Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is suspected to have kidnapped Usha Kumari, the minor sister of the informant. Submission of the petitioner is that the victim-girl Usha Kumari @ Preeti Kumari, in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has stated that she had voluntarily gone to the house of her friend and no one had kidnapped her. Only on suspicion, the petitioner has been named.
Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53728 of 2016 (4) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna/successor Court in connection with Gopalpur Police Station Case No. 142 of 2016.
