JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tr. No. 502 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. 765 of 2012 registered for offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and allegation against the petitioner is of torture and cruelty to the complainant for demand of dowry of Rs. 50,000/-. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is still ready to keep the complainant with full honour and dignity as a wife. Further, the petitioner has been in custody
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67654 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 for three months and is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate - Sasaram, in connection with Tr. No. 502 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. 765 of 2012, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
