Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1152 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 323 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the complainant. There is no specific allegation of demand of dowry or torturing against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is residing separately from Dharmendra Mahto, the husband of the complainant.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11565 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 1152 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
