The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R. No. 2402/2017 (arising out of Kotwali (Basudeopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 313/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is specific allegation against the petitioner that petitioner fired on the informant with country made pistol which hit on arm of left hand of the informant and the injury is simple in nature. In fardbeyan the informant stated that the land dispute is going on between the parties, due to that reason a false and concocted story has been created by him. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018.

No.23654 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with G.R. No. 2402/2017 (arising out of Kotwali (Basudeopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 313/2017, subject to the following conditions:
(1) One of the bailors will be his own blood relative, preferably, father, mother brother, sister and/or his wife.
(2) The petitioner shall not indulge himself in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.
(3) The petitioner shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned court concerned.
(4) The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation, if not already concluded and make himself available as and when so required and in case of failure, the State shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
