ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the application. In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre where the dispute has been resolved on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,20,000/- to the O.P. No. 2. The petitioner submits that he has deposited the entire amount.
However, none appears on behalf of the O.P. No. 2. Accepting the submission of the petitioner and the photocopy of the Bank drafts further proceedings in respect to Simra P.S Case No. 21 of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad as well as further proceedings of Maintenance Case No. 67 of 2013 pending in the Family Court, Aurangabad, are hereby quashed.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51853 of 2013 (7) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 The application stands allowed.
