The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 413, 414, 120, 384, 457, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons Sujit Kumar, Jagan Yadav and Surendra Paswan have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 14559 of 2017, 13164 of 2017 and 12810 of 2017 respectively. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14195 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S.
