2. Petitioners no. 2 to 9 apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 353/224/225/186 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24927 of 2023(3) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 Code on the allegation that they forcibly got the arrested accused person Israfil free from the custody of police.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as a matter of fact informant came to the house of said co-accused in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 499 of 2010 and demanded illegal gratification and on pretest he falsely implicated the petitioners in the present case. No specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners no. 2 to 9 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners no. 2 to 9, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 238 of 2012, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
