It appears that the present M.J.C. application has been filed by Mr. Ranjan Kumar Dubey, who has not filed vakalatnama in the present application nor he was the counsel for the petitioners in Civil Revision No.1059 of 2009.
Mr. Shailendra Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel, submits that he was the conducting counsel for the petitioners in Civil Revision No.1059 of 2009, so he may be permitted to put the signature in the present M.J.C. application. In view thereof, he is permitted to do the same in course of the day. Let the defect(s) as pointed out by the office be ignored.
For the reasons mentioned in this M.J.C. application,
Patna High Court MJC No.1942 of 2014 (3) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 which has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No.1059 of 2009, which stood rejected on 21.10.2013 for non compliance of the order dated 19.09.2013 passed in Civil Revision No.1059 of 2009, the same is allowed and the Civil Revision No.1059 of 2009 is restored to its original file and number subject to compliance of the order dated 19.09.2013 within one week.
