The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 10.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46728 of 2016 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on his undertaking that the petitioner would deposit Rs. 18,30,000/- within three months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount. The petitioner has already submitted the documents showing the deposits of the entire amount and on such, the court below shall verify the same. If the court below finds that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount, alleged to have been lying due against the petitioner, the court below shall not cancel the bail bond of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13517 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 petitioner and pass order in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation, the modification petition is disposed of.
