The notice dated 10.03.2018, issued by the SubDivisional Officer, Jehanabad, raising a demand of Rs. 5,19,750/- under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Agriculture Land(Conversion for Non-Agriculture Purpose) Act, 2010, has been put to challenge in the present writ application. The said notice has been brought on record by way of Annexure-3 to the writ application. The petitioner has already responded to the said notice by filing his reply on 05.01.2019. The only grievance, which now the petitioner has, is that no order is being

I find that the amount to be levied, as indicated in the notice dated 10.03.2018, is tentative, subject to final decision after consideration of the petitioner's reply to the said notice. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that let final decision be taken in the present proceeding, initiated with the issuance of notice dated 10.03.2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has not yet been taken up and disposed of.
