Learned counsel for the petitioner having found from the show cause filed by the Opposite Parties that grant of ACP benefits has been considered and kept pending due to pendency of criminal case does not want to press this application and seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move before the Authority to satisfy that such criminal case has already been disposed of.
