2. The bail petition of the petitioner has twice been rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 70079 of 2022 and vide order dated 23.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 38710 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is under custody for more than three years, and two persons, who were arrested with the petitioner, have been granted bail by the coordinate Benches of this court. So far as the parity of this petitioner to those who have been granted bail by the coordinate Benches is concerned, the petitioner has three criminal antecedents against his account, whereas co-

4. I see no reason to reconsider my earlier order whereby the bail applications of the petitioner were refused.

5. Accordingly, it is rejected.

6. However, considering the period of incarceration i.e. more than three years, the learned court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
