Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-47, 53(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Thirty litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is in jail custody since 18-04-2016. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 to the
