The petitioner is accused in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 238 of 2016, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of written report of the informant Manoj Kumar Mahto, Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 238 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of I.P.C. against unknown regarding theft of Rs. 1,00,000/- from the dickey of the informant. In course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 252 of 2016 in which Police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present, except the confessional statement

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1127 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission is that though petitioner is accused in two cases, but he is on bail in both cases. The petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Dalsingsarai (Samastipur) in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.
