That this petition is being filed with a prayer for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing and commanding upon the respondents to restore the service of the petitioner by recalling the order of dismissal vide Memo no.8660 dated 23.09.2010 by virtue of petitioner being exonerated from the criminal charges by granting clean acquittal (respectful) vide Criminal Appeal no.134 of 2007 arising out of conviction and sentence passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge F.T.C. Jehanabad in Sessions

Patna High Court CWJC No.5591 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 Trial No.174/1992 DJ/204/2002 arising out of Arwal P.S.Case No.20 of 1985."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the Superintending Engineer, South Bihar Circle, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
