Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.217 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 467, 468, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that entire appointment procedure had been completed in the year 2012. Petitioner got appointment letter as Constable in Bihar Police. In the year 2014, First Information Report has been lodged against the petitioner that he had committed irregularities in the written examination held in 2012.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69074 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.217 of 2014, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
