ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty to approach the Respondent No. 4 i.e. Deputy Development Commissioner, Saharsa by way of representation ventilating his grievance.

Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 4 ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner shall enclose the necessary documents in support of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7113 of 2024(7) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 his case along with the said representation. On receipt of the said representation, the authority shall pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks thereof. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
