The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 18.6.2013 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in S.T. No.315 of 1996, by which he has declared the Petitioner as a major. Having gone through the Rule 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2007, I see no merit in the application. The same is dismissed.
