This is an application seeking modification in order dated 16th October, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25385/2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1786/2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

It is pointed out that at the top of 1st page of the order instead of Complaint Case it is mentioned P.S. Case, and that apart father's name of the petitioner is Baso Ravidas whereas it is mentioned in the original application as Baro Ravidas, consequently error occurred in the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the original application during

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5176 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 course of the day and thereafter order be treated rectified and acted upon accordingly.

In view of the above, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (eight thousand only) with District Legal Services Authority, Nawada, the period to avail the privilege granted vide order dated 16.10.2014 is extended till 4th March, 2015.
