For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Subodh Kumar Jha For the Respondent/s : Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha Mr. Chandra Mohan Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and, to that extent, he himself relies on the statement made in the showcause reply. In such show-cause reply, in paragraph no.3, it has been stated as follows:- "3.

That after passing of the Hon'ble Court's order in the connecting writ application the claims of the petitioner was examined by the authorities of the University and thereafter a speaking order was passed which was communicated to the petitioner vide memo n. LC-267/14A dated 06.05.2014. On examining the claims a sum of Rs. 94170/- was found payable to the petitioner towards his daily wages for the actual working days for the actual

Patna High Court MJC No.3 of 2014 (2) dt.24-04-2015 working days. The said amount was transferred to the college account for making payment to the petitioner and the Manager of the Bank was informed regarding the same vide university letter no.A/C-5344-45/14 dated 19.05.2014."

That being so, when the amount had already been quantified by the University and also transferred to the college way back in the month of May, 2014, this Court hopes and believes that such amount must have been paid to the petitioner but, if for any reason whatsoever, such an amount has not been paid to the petitioner as yet, this Court would direct the Principal of the college to ensure that the said amount must be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
