2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 279/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 11592), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, Rajan Mahato and his three friends attacked the informant's family with weapons, seriously injuring Ajit and Seema on their head and they even stole gold chain, mobile and ran away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.01.2026. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21895 of 2026(2) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran and Chapra /concerned Court below in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 279/2025.
