2. None is present on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is called today.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents relies on the counter affidavit to submit that the grievances of the petitioners have already been redressed in terms of Office Order No. 54 dated 23.01.2014 (Annexure-R2/D to the counter affidavit).
