The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order date 18.04.2019 a report was called for. It has been stated that the prosecution witnesses have been examined but defence witnesses have not been examined due to non-production of defence witness.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 815 of 2017) from the court of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.
