2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.01.2017/06.01.2017 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 730/2015 whereby the aforesaid Criminal Revision application filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 has been allowed and order dated 21.09.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Barh in Complaint Case No. 163(C)/2009 whereby the petitioner along with co-accused O.P. Kataria were discharged under Section 245 of the Cr.P.C. has been set aside.

3. There is no illegality in the impugned order.
