JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 On the last date itself it was made clear that since this is a matter of the year 2014, no further adjournment shall be given in the case. On the last date, learned counsel for the petitioner had taken time to file certified copy of the impugned order. However, even that has not been complied with. Today, when the matter is called out, Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned Advocate, who is not advocate on record in the present case, once again appears to seek time.
This is a case of the year 2014 and even impugned order has not been brought on record during last three years. In the circumstances, I am not in favour of granting time further in the matter.
