The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 18-07-2016 in Jamui (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered for offence under Section 376/313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that only with a view to pressurize the petitioner to marry with the daughter of the informant, the present false case has been instituted. However, after going through the F.I.R., the Court is
