Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 293 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, the accused persons assaulted the members of the informant's side. The allegation against these four

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22008 of 2022(2) dt.30-09-2022 2/2 ladies petitioners is that they sprinkled chilli powder in the eyes of Md. Abujar and Md. Asif.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is land dispute and the petitioners are the ladies of clean antecedents.

Considering the fact that petitioners are ladies and they have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Pallavi Anand Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 293 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/-Mahesh U T
