JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,379, 354, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners, referring to the First Information Report, has submitted that the occurrence took place over some dispute between the parties with respect to irrigation of field i.e. gair majarura land. He has submitted that for the same occurrence said to have taken place on 6.1.2014, a case and counter case has been instituted between the parties. He further submits that apparent reason behind the said occurrence is civil

In view of the submission as above and in view of the statement made in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let petitioners above named in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Dalsingsarai in Vidyapatinagar ( Ghatho) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
