Mrs. Rathore Vasundhare, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petition was preferred against the order of the learned Sessions Judge in Cr. Revision No. 94 of 2014 by which it affirmed the order of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura on 15.10.2014 by which proceeding under Sections 147 of the Cr.P.C. is initiated. She submits that with the passage of time, the matter may have become infructuous.
