The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From the house of this petitioner seven liters of countrymade liquor was alleged recovered. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Recovery was made from the house of the petitioner on 27.01.017.

In the circumstance, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11111 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 2016. Hence, it is accordingly dismissed.
