By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Dhoriya P.S.Case No. 40 of 2013 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120-B and 171-G of the Indian Penal Code.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the allegations made in the FIR. The allegations made therein do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I find no substance in the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1186 of 2013 (4) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
