JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The learned lower court had rejected the prayer of anticipatory bail of petitioner taking into account, having the opinion of injury no.1 reserved which, as per Annexure-2, subsequently opined, after X-ray report, absence of boney injury, on account thereof, it looks better to direct the petitioner to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for regular bail, which the learned lower court will consider the same taking into account the aforesaid finding with regard to injuries, apart from presence of other injuries as simple in nature. With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
