Petitioner seeks bail in Rail Patna P.S. Case No.324 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that total 23.850 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition that petitioner has clean antecedents. He is in custody since 16.09.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67241 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Rail Patna P.S. Case No.324 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
