14-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2018 in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act .
Considering the fact that two bags of Ganja containing 11 K.G. each was recovered near the truck where the petitioners were said to be occupying and also because the said ganja is above the commercial quantity, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners. It is, accordingly, rejected.
