Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura, submits that in view of the order of the Supreme Court, the certificate cannot be given to the petitioner and at present, the matter is pending for judgment after hearing in the Full Bench.

The petitioner will have liberty to file a fresh contempt application after the matter is disposed of by the Lokayukt.
