The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 35 of the Arms Act.

The FIR is under Sections 25(1-B)a and 35 of the Arms Act. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and his name has been transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13773 of 2017 (2) dt.30-03-2017 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/Successor Court in connection with K.Hat P.S. Case No.55 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
