The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vidhyapati Nagar Police Station Case No. 19 of 2020 dated 08.02.2020 instituted for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 354, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that because of a loan which was granted to the informant, an occurrence took place on the same being asked to be returned. Two persons are

The informant is an agnate of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2020. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-3, Dalsingsarai in connection with Vidhyapati Nagar Police Station Case No. 19 of 2020 The petition stands allowed.
