====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he abused and assaulted the father-in-law of the informant as a result the father-in-law of the informant sustained sword injury. There is case and counter case on account of land dispute for which Title Suit No. 68 of 2011 is pending.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.5.2020.

No.22455 of 2020(2) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that there is land dispute and case and counter case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020.
