2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the thrust of accusation causing injury is on co-accused Jyotish Yadav, Pankaj Yadav, Niranjan Yadav and Govind Yadav. Similarly situated co-accused Bano Yadav, Binod Yadav and Bittu Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38939 of 2016. Petitioner is on bail in respect of Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016 in which he has earlier been made accused.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ashok Kumar-II, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Uda Kishuganj, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
