Mr.Ajay Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 80218 of 2018.

It is submitted that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with the learned trial court, which was further directed to be kept in fixed deposit, however, the learned trial court is not accepting the deposit of the said sum in view of the fact that the learned trial court is clueless about the name in which the fixed deposit is to be maintained.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also having gone through the averments made in the present petition, the order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17117 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Misc. No. 80218 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the said sum of Rs. 50,000/- shall be deposited and kept with the Nazarat of the concerned trial court.

The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid directions and modification.
