2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:
"That this is an application for quashing of the order dated 05.07.2010 passed by learned S.D.J.M. Bettiah West Champaran in Tr. No. 991 of 2014 (arising out of Complaint case No. 423C of 2009) whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate has found Prima-facie case under sections 498A of I.P.C. for issuance of the processes against the accused persons including the petitioner."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application to raise all points available to him, at the appropriate stage, before the Court below itself.
4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
