The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 705 of 2016 registered under Sections-30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seizure list does not contain the signature of independent witnesses.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of
