2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bond by modification of order dated 21.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 27173 of 2014 in terms of which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by order of this Court dated 21.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 27173 of 2014, but he could not surrender owing to demise of the petitioner's daughter.

4. In the interest of justice, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 21.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 27173 of 2014 is extended by four
