Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.09.2016 in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 162 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47, 53(B), 53(C) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

24 litres illicit country made liquor was, allegedly, recovered from the possession of the petitioner and coaccused. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.09.2016. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
