1. Perused the show cause, filed on behalf of the opposite party no.02. In the said show cause, the District Development Commissioner, Patna, being the Chief Executive Officer of Jila Parishad, Patna has duly considered the case of the petitioner, as also has heard the petitioner, whereupon it has been found that the petitioner belongs to General category and the cut-off mark for the general category candidate was fixed at 61.70%, however, the petitioner had obtained only 54.69%, hence he has not been found eligible to be appointed on the post of librarian, thus the case of the petitioner has been rejected,
Patna High Court MJC No.1139 of 2021(4) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 vide order dated 24.04.2024, passed by the District Development Commissioner, Patna, which is annexed as annexure-R/2 to the aforesaid show cause.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present petition be disposed off.
3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
