The petitioner was at Serial No. 1 in the panel prepared in the year 2011 for appointment to the post of Night Guard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been appointed to the post of Night Guard despite being at serial no. 1 in the panel prepared in the year 2011.

The life of the panel is one year, therefore, the petitioner has no legal right for appointment to the aforesaid post.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
