2. This writ application has been filed directing the respondent authorities to make payment of arrears of difference of salary amounting to Rs. 8,64,795/- on account of promotion to post of university professor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation annexing relevant documents before the concerned respondent No. 3 i. e,. the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bhojpur within a period of four

If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent i. e,. the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bhojpur shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation . Upon examination of the claim of the petitioner, if any admissible dues is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of passing of order by the concerned authority.

5 . With above observation and direction , the writ petition stands disposed of.
