This Civil Miscellaneous application has been filed against the order dated 09.02.2022 passed by Sub-Judge - III, Buxar in Title Suit No. 327 / 2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner for filing application under Order 11 Rule 12 and 14 of C.P.C. before the learned trial Court.

In view of the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Application is disposed of with the liberty, as prayed for.
