The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Brother of the deceased made an allegation that the petitioner being husband and mother-in-law of the deceased killed his sister and threw her dead body in the pond. It is submitted that the case was compromised but the petitioner did not agree to part with his ancestral property and that is why this case has been lodged. It is also submitted that the mother-in-law has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No.15100 of 2015. It appears that there is specific allegation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42209 of 2015 (3) dt.23-11-2015 the petitioner that he is the husband of the deceased and he had subjected his wife to torture due to non fulfillment of demand of motor cycle and the petitioner killed his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Suber Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawadah. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
