2. The petitioners have prayed for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022, dated 6th June, 2022, under Sections 341/323/504/406/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3(1) (r) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.679 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, arising out of a complaint under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C.

3. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the State that Police upon investigation submitted Final Report No. 61 of 2023, dated 31st March, 2023, stating that the allegation contained in the F.I.R. is proved to have been false and no evidence was received in support of the penal provisions, as alleged against the petitioners. He has filed a copy of the Final Report, which is kept in record.

4. In view of such circumstances, the entire proceeding being Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022, dated 6th June, 2022 be quashed.
